Rates are presented in USD, however the charge in your credit card will be in local Brazilian currency – Reais (BRL). We inform all non-Brazilian delegates that each country and each local credit card administrator has its own rules, taxes and use their own exchange rates, which may cause a slight difference in the final amount in your currency, in your card invoice/statement
In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged to the provided credit card.

Coming with your family and planning to bring children?
If you’re traveling with your family and plan to bring children, please note that these arrangements cannot be made through the Sheraton’s online booking system.
ISOO-negotiated rates allow up to two children under 12 to stay for free (with breakfast included) when sharing the room with their parents, however any adjustments involving children must be handled directly with our travel agency.
Please follow the two-step process below:
1 – Use the official booking link to reserve your room (single or double) for your desired dates and room category.
2 – After booking, contact our travel agency at isoo@mellofaro.com.br to request the necessary adjustments (e.g., number of children, their ages, extra beds, etc.).
