With the exception of the Welcome Reception on July 18 – which is included in the registration fee and will have badge-controlled access – other evening social activities are ticketed (Gala Dinner & Carnival Party), require separate tickets and are subject to limited availability.
Social event tickets are not sold separately and must be purchased through the registration profile of the main participant, either at the time of registration or later.
Single Day Registration:
You may register to attend only one day.
To attend two or more days, you must purchase a full-meeting registration (all five days)
- Tuesday, March 17th: Pre-Day
- Wednesday, March 18th: Retinoblastoma
- Thursday, March 19th: Uveal Melanoma & Intraocular Tumors
- Friday, March 20th: Intraocular Tumors & Ocular Surface Tumors
- Saturday, March 21st: Eyelid & Orbital Tumors.

Registration fees vary based on your World Bank income group and selected registration category.
